The Super will help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. We provide our superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard. The Superintendent directly supervises all subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. The applicant must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills. They must also have strong client service skills and an understanding of all of the trades associated with commercial/ healthcare related construction and renovation projects.

Summary: The Multi-Disciplinary Engineer is responsible for planning and design in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects.

Qualifications – To perform the job successfully, an individual should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and /or Electrical Engineering (an advanced degree and professional licensure a plus)
- 2-5 years’ experience working in engineering (preferably in construction) with working knowledge of MEP systems
- Proven expertise as a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer in the MEP field
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering codes and safety standards
- Proficient in Revit design and calculation software and Microsoft Office products
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and a strong reasoning ability
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Works under minimum supervision

• Other banking required documents
• Lien waivers for TWC billings
• Inter-department billings
• Multi-state Sales Tax
• Month End Reporting
