This project was a complete transformation of a 30 year old pre-engineered warehouse building into a class A office for the future. A new EFIS exterior, a gutter system concealed within the cornice detail and a generous amount of windows complete the exterior of the building. The interior has ceiling heights up to 16 feet to give the offices an open feel.
