And so he did. When the ideal leasehold space for his 3rd location was found in the historical area of Hutchinson, TWC worked with the City of Hutchinson and Dr. Hughes through the restrictions and requirement that were associated with leasing a space on the main level of an old hotel. One such requirement was matching the building signage to the brick exterior of that era. Included in this tenant improvement project was 3 operatories, 2 exam rooms, 2 recovery areas, laboratory, and a private doctor’s office.
