TerWisscha Construction has been performing countless general construction projects since our beginning in 1963. We have our very own highly skilled craftsmen to perform a large percentage of the trade work that needs to be accomplished in each project. Our general construction projects include banks, hospitals/clinics, professional centers, and renovations/additions, just to name a few. In General Construction we are typically involved after the design is complete. This usually puts the architect and/or the client to act in a construction management type situation. This can work very well when the client or architect has already been involved in a similar type of project.

TWC Corporate Office Remodel
This project was a complete transformation of a 30 year old
pre-engineered warehouse building into a class A office for
the future. A new EFIS exterior, a gutter system concealed
within the cornice detail and a generous amount of windows
complete the exterior of the building. The interior has ceiling
heights up to 16 feet to give the offices an open feel.
