TerWisscha Construction, Inc. was the design builder for this 76,300 square foot addition. TWC included Waters Edge Architectural Group in the team on this project that began as an 18,000 square foot addition and in the early design phase expanded to over 76,000 square feet. Because of manufacturing schedules the original project schedule could not be extended. TWC started construction of this project in the frigid climate of South Dakota on December 7th and completed the project on schedule. The entire project was complete without working weekends in less than 90 calendar days.
