I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent job you did for us in building our NEW funeral home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Building a funeral home is a "BIG" task. If you are a veteran owner or a "first time" builder, there are many decisions to be resolved. Once you have come to the conclusion to construct a new facility, the process has only just begun.
Someone must determine the location to build, how much property and floor space is needed, the floor arrangement, colors, style, and the "Big One", who will be the (GC) General Contractor, Architect, and Interior Designer. We can honestly say that, "we did the right thing when we hired TWC as our GC." Their guidance and experience paid off. Between Phil Andrews and Ron Huhs we achieved our goal. They built a building with good design and space that we could afford and the space that we needed. Then with the assistance of Ron Licklighter the Interior Designer, we got the warmth, colors, and furnishings at a cost we could afford.
The open-line of communication and rapport that existed between everyone was excellent. The job foreman (Ron Huhs) kept us informed and apprised of everything, and on a personal level.
The doors of our funeral home are open to anyone that is considering building or remodeling a funeral home.
We would be pleased to "show" our facility to any group or person that is planning a new facility or contemplating remodeling and would like to see the arrangement and colors that we have.
